[DNA] Employment Seminar 2026
Shearn Delamore is pleased to share that our Partner, Suganthi Singam, recently joined the Drew Network Asia (DNA) Employment Seminar as a speaker on 30 June 2026.
The regional seminar, titled "Navigating the Future of Employment in Asia: AI, Workplace Equality and Harassment in the Workplace," brought together leading employment lawyers from across Southeast Asia to explore the rapid transformations currently shaping the modern corporate landscape. During the session, Suganthi alongside fellow regional experts discussed critical issues, including the profound impact of artificial intelligence on industry practices, the rising emphasis on workplace fairness and inclusion, and the essential strategies needed to prevent and address harassment, fostering safe, respectful and productive environments.
